The Middle East in Limbo: The U.S.-Iran Stalemate
Wednesday, Nov. 11
Noon (EST)

The surprise attack on Iran by the United States and Israel did not turn out as planned. The Islamic Republic survived the elimination of its top leaders and refused to accept Washington’s terms for ending the war. David Commins, professor of history and Benjamin Rush Chair in the Liberal Arts and Sciences, will place the war in historical context and discuss its implications for the Middle East.

Please register for the webinar by Tuesday, Nov. 10.

The Zoom link will be included in your confirmation email.
